MAVE Platform: API User Guide¶

This documentation covers the APIs provided by the MAVE platform team for downstream MAVE workflows and QC processes.

APIs¶

Targeton API¶

The Targeton API provides a single interface for retrieving Targeton metadata and associated LibAmp primer sequences from Benchling.

Consumers provide a single name value — the API handles all Benchling orchestration and data aggregation automatically.

Sample API¶

The Sample API provides a standardised interface for retrieving sample metadata from the Multi LIMS Warehouse (MLWH).

Consumers supply one or more sequencing run IDs and receive harmonised sample metadata and sequencing information in return.

Authentication¶

Both APIs use the same credentials and authentication mechanism. See the Authentication & Access page for details.
